Can somebody tell me the factor I have to apply when I convert a labour norm for Carbon Steel for making a weld to a labour norm for the following materials:
Titanium
Alloy20
Hasteloy276

Can you explain what is a labour norm? Are you asking about the time involved by a welder to weld the above materials with all conditions being equal?

Indeed the time involved for a welder under equal conditions. So location and wallthickness. The only difference is the material. For Example according the Linde normen the factor between CS and SS is 1.3

IMO a good source of information would be fab shops who base their factors on actual past experience.
