Power Reliability Study

I need to get a complete Power System Reliability Study completed for a Large Data Center Facility.   Can any provide recommendation for an Engineering Firm who could complete this?  Is anyone aware of any groups who specialize in Power Reliability Studies?

Contact the website below!
Is this reliability as in probability of failure (mathematical) analysis or review of the system, redundancy, tier level etc and provide a professional opinion?

I would also recommend EYP Mission Critical Facilities which is now a part of HP  www.hp.com/go/eypmcf . They specialize in these types of studies. I would suggest  contacting Bob Schuerger who is their Principal Relability Engineering and also wrote section in IEEE Gold Book on relibability calculations for data centers.
