I am looking for a source of models of standard components, like screws washer etc.

cowski makes some good sugestions, but I would check what is available in the NX fastener librarys first.  Much of the tedious model prep has been done already that won't be included in neutral format models, such as those from vendors.
As an aside, I find it frustrating when a vendor model includes modeled screw threads that are not easily removed.
