Why wont "open component as" work for all?

Why wont "open component as" work for all?

Why wont "open component as" work for all?

(OP)
Hello People

One of my users has an assembly with a number of subassemblies beneath it. When  the assembly is open with no components loaded, it is possible to right click on certain sub-assemblies and get the option to "open component/assembly as" yet on one particualar sub-assembly, right clicking on it does not give you this option. I'm sure I have seen this before, but can't for the life of me remember what I did to fix it.

Many thanks in advance. smile

Best regards

I've seen the problem before in NX4 and there is something you have to do to get it to show, I just can't think what.
