Vacuum brazing aluminum heat sink?

Vacuum brazing aluminum heat sink?

Vacuum brazing aluminum heat sink?

(OP)
Our customer is asking us to Vacuum braze parts that we currently machine for him in the brazed condition. Some other company is brazing the assemblies now, but they are having QDC problems.  We are a machine shop, but I have personally done Vac brazing before for Aerospace hardware, SS and such.  I have never done Aluminum.
I am hearing alot about the Nocolok process.  Is that the only way to be successful or is a straight Vac process OK?  Essentialy the part is an Al finned core sandwiched between two Aluminum plates, .060 thick.

Anybody lend a hand?
