The presentations (Not classes). Something like the Anna wood's computer building presentation, SW 2011 highlights etc.

RE: Solidworks World Archive

Not yet.  Speaking as a presenter, the whole thing is a bit disorganized to put it politely.  I imagine they will have the info up eventually just as they did with the 2009 presentations.  When?  Who knows?

RE: Solidworks World Archive

Some presenters often have their presentations available on their own blogs long before SW creates an oficial 'arcive' site.

RE: Solidworks World Archive

Our presentation probably does not do well without hearing what Devon and I had to say and show for the 1.5 hours we presented.

I find most presentation powerpoints do not do justice to the presentation.  You needed to be there to hear what was said or shown on screen, the ineraction with the audience, etc.

FWIW,

3DVia Composer Hands-On Files I was helping out with user questions while teaching myself changes in interface including new ribbon bar and context menus

If anyone else grabbed the files maybe we can create a post here with zip files of Hands on sessions or PowerPoint and PDF files if you got them from your presenters.

Anna how did the Live Build Go? I was somewhere else to bad I can't be in more than 2 places at the same time. Maybe they'll have SWW2011 on a Cloud and I can CTRL+Tab my way from presentation to presentation.

Also If anyone has a print of the model they used for Model Mania I'd love to put the exact dimensions to my model so an eDrawing with measure capability in case people don't have eDrawings pro. Or just an IGES file would be great.

3DVia does have a 30day trial program for the 2010x release.

RE: Solidworks World Archive

mjcole,

The Live Computer Build went real well.  We had around 35-40 people at the session.  They asked lots of good questions.

Devon did well with the build and his talking points and I filled in with mine, between the user questions.

Devon had done a few practice builds at home and had the OS and SolidWorks pre-installed on the hard drive.

At the end of the build Devon fired up the computer and launched SolidWorks and ran my punch holder benchmark file.

We both were pretty pleased with how the session went.

I know I slept a lot better that night after we were done on Monday... smile

Cheers,
