Where to source unidirectional laminate

Can anyone suggest a source for pre-made thin unidirectional/0 degree carbon fiber laminate sheeting with a thickness range of 0.1mm to 0.3mm?

RE: Where to source unidirectional laminate

These guys have woven precured sheets.

It will be difficult to find unidirectional because that is so fragile and prone to splitting. Unless you mean uncured material, which is called prepreg. Lots of manufacturers. It is not easy to get small quantities, though.

RE: Where to source unidirectional laminate

There are a few guys, but try Coda composites in Winona MN, they can probably hook you up with small quantities of whatever you want for a price...

RE: Where to source unidirectional laminate

We have done many UD sheets in various thickness (0.2-3mm) for a costumer in the past. Tricky, but can be done as soon as you used a lot and effective release agent and be very careful when de moulding.
