Publications regarding EN13445 Design by analysis (DBA) and Fatigue

Publications regarding EN13445 Design by analysis (DBA) and Fatigue

(OP)
A guy in another thread gave some tips about publications as regards EN13445 "DBA":

- PED Joint Research Center - 97/23/EC "Design by Analysis: the DBA Manual" www.mpa-lifetech.de/EPERCTP/ped/jrc/jrc_design.html

- RWTüV, B.Gorsitzke: Tü154: "Berechnung der Ermüdungslebensdauer für Druckbehälter nach Europäischer Norm DIN EN 13445, Teil 3."

The thing is that I cant find these, the above link is missing. Can anyone help me find documents on how to interpret the DBA chapter and the detailed fatigue chapter in EN13445. I am working in Solid Works Simulation with some pressure vessels and need to follow EN13445 regarding stress and fatigue.

Thanks! I've already got that document. I would like to study some reports or paper where a FEM analysis is evaluated according to EN 13445-3 Annex C.
