How can I compute for the gust effect factor for a 60m telecommunication tower? Can I use Gf of ASCE 7-02?

RE: Gust effect factor

Might want to use the latest code (ASCE 7-05).

RE: Gust effect factor

I think Amusement park is correct, mostlikely, but I would check with the local jurisdiction to see what code they have adopted.

I would be surprised if it is not ASCE 7-05 and IBC 2006, but exceptions do exist.
