(OP)
When I close a part file in NX6 I get the NX Tips display.

I believe there is a toggle someplace that allows another open part to be immediately displayed when one is closed, but I have no idea where that toggle is.

I do not mind getting the NX Tips display when there are no other open parts, but can someone tell me where the toggle is that will display another part?

RE: NX6 open part display

Look in the customer defaults Gateway -> General -> 'Part' tab, then scroll all the way to the bottom. Check the option 'change display part on close'.

Change will take effect next time you start NX.

RE: NX6 open part display

Is this option available in NX4 also?

RE: NX6 open part display

Sorry, but that option was first introduced with NX 5.0.
