does anyone has the AASHTO 4th edition 2007  available that I can borrow to take the SE1 Exam?

I believe there are partial manuels available for exam takers.  Check out AASHTO and or Professional Publications, INC. (PPI).

It's highly unlikley that anyone engaged in bridge design is going to part with their manual for someone they know let alone someone they've never met.

RE: AASHTO 4th edition 2007 with 2008 revisions for SE1 Exam

If you've graduated recently, some university's have started to add a database "KNOVEL" to their libraries.  It is strictly engineering texts/code books.  The university I graduated from allows all engineering students/graduates access to materials that they had access to when they were in school.  It is a very nice convenience, for myself anyways.  PPI is also a great source to use, however I don't think anyone is willing to part w/ a book that is a couple of hundred dollars.
