Here is a somewhat interesting video (not English)

You could tell the bearing was heated prior to putting on the shaft (because gloves were used).

I was suprprised to see the endbell as also heated prior to pushing onto the bearing. I guess they were just doing that to make assembly easier?  We don't do it.... housing usually slides on fairly easily if the fits are correct and surfaces are smooth.

Another interesting one.  (except for the cheesy elevator music and 1950's documentary feel)

This one focuses on winding removal and trickle application of varnish (rather than dip).

Video 1, some end bell bearing housing needs to be heat up prior assembly just like Schorch motor (just a case but not all)..housing/fitting tolerance is close as bearing fits tolerance. Other motor just a slide fit.
video 2, it's good stripping method taking out winding without harming the stator core inter-laminar insulation. it is good for aluminum motor case. Unlike burn out oven..there is a great danger of burning out the laminar insulation, whenever improper set of burning temp.

Thanks. Much better in English.
