Motor lead- color to number conversion

Motor lead- color to number conversion

Motor lead- color to number conversion

(OP)
I think someone posted a standard for color to number conversions of motor leads a while back.   Cannot find anything online this morning or by searching here.  Anyone know where it is?

RE: Motor lead- color to number conversion

I don't recall the post.
Power systems field cables are commonly labeled as:
Black = A
Red = B
Orange = C

Whether you need to connect power system phases A, B, C to T1, T2, T3 or T3, T2, T1 is another subject.

RE: Motor lead- color to number conversion

I posted one a while ago, but the link is dead and the company who's website it was on is also gone. Victim of the recession perhaps? sad
