Air Coolers

(OP)
I would like somebody to advise me on the best ways of daily monitoring aircoolers. I am talking about methods which will indicate the fouling of the aircoolers. In the process division where I am working, there is nothing like that. Maintenance on the aircoolers are been carried out base on reports from inspectors.
