What would be the pressure loss or flow coefficient in a stainless steel flexible hose?

I couldn't find any data online on flow coefficient  for a 1" steel hose.

Most references I've seen online state to use 3x the equivalent straight pipe pressure drop.

You need to get information on the particular hose you are using. The outer metal braided cover does not indicate what sort of hose is on the inside. The braid could be protecting a reinforced rubber hose. It could be a corrugated metal hose.  It could be lined with Teflon.  I would suggest you determine the exact design and find a manufacturer that makes that design.  Contact them and ask for their pressure drop tables.

JJPellin has it right.  What matters most is whether this hose is smooth bore or corrugated on the ID.

If it is corrugated on the interior, each corrugation acts as a converging/diverging nozzle and that has an effect on pressure loss.

try to get all the data you need from the manufacture, I had the same case before and the hoses were from USHOSE
