Clamped-free bar frequencies

Clamped-free bar frequencies

Clamped-free bar frequencies

(OP)
-Hi
I found the attached formula on the book "The science and application of acoustics" of R.Raichel (isbn 038798907-2) unfortunately not avaliable any longer. Thus I don't know which are the terms of that equations that seems to illustrate the non natural frequency scale of a clamped-free bar (like a hacksaw in a vise).
Can anybody explain to me the different terms or send me a link that explains the frequencies of such a system.

Thanks in advance

RE: Clamped-free bar frequencies

your frequency condition is for "pinned-free", not the "clamped-free" conditions you seek.

any number handbooks and internet sources explain the various terms.
