Dimensions or text edit - 2D drawing

(OP)
Hello Everyone,

Holefully some of you can help me to solve the following issue. In the attachment capture, you can see the dimension I try to add to one of the features in the detail drawing I am currently working. The problem is that when I try to add the countersunk symbol in front of the diameter symbol, basically, the diameter symbol disappear and only the countersunk symbol remain visible. Do you know what sould I do to have both symbols visible? Moreover I try to add the dimension as a text, but I cannot find the symbol for countersunk. Any kind of information or feedback from you is more appreciated.
Thank you

Thank you Williwang,

Yes, that is what I want. Please let me know what should I do to add that textline to my drawing?
