Layout glitch

Layout glitch

(OP)
I recently started working on different (but older) computer.  It is loaded with LDT2004 or Map 2004.  I have placed a border and various elements in a layout (11x17, which fits the format of the printer).  I have done some successful prints, but suddenly, the entire drawing is offset about 2 inches to the right in the Plot Preview window and in the actual plot. I have tried starting a new drawing from a company template and the problem remains.  Starting a new drawing from scratch and bringing over all of the elements seems to solve the problem.  Is there a way to fix bad-acting file?
