(OP)
Does anybody have or perhaps know where one could find a Civil 3D pipe library (the parts lists and XML files) for corrugated metal pipe, corrugated metal arch pipe, and concrete arch pipe?

These materials are not in the standard library and I am looking to see if anybody else has created any or found any from a pipe manufacturers website before I undertake the daunting task of creating them.

Many thanks in advance!

RE: ACAD Civil 3D 2009 Pipe Module

A lot of water utilities require Civil 3D and have their own standards files that include parts catalogs.  MSD in Cincinnati has their standards on their website for download. If you're using 2010 a bunch of standards come on the install file, including California and that may have those parts in the catalog. Have a look on the AUGI (Autodesk User Group International) forum.
