I have an assembly with few cfg. Each of these cfgs have their own exploded views.
Now, I need to create a new cfg & its exploded view.

I am trying to save time by reusing older exploded views. Is there a way to copy a Exploded view from the older cfg ?

RE: Reuse and exsisting Explosion

You should be able to simply drag and drop the Exploded View from the active config into another config. Just watch for the cursor icon to change to the bent arrow before releasing the mouse button.

Never thought it would work this way. Thanks a lot CBL :)

BluTurtle,
This may help you. I was told by an associate here that one can Ctrl-C a view from one drawing then Ctrl-P to another drawing. I tried it and it did work, but I did not feel good about it for some reason.

You are right, Standing. Thanks for sharing this alternative. Also we should ensure to go to the view properties & point to the reqd cfg & explosion.
