machine chamber wheel, rail material helping

(OP)
Dear all,
Currently i am choosing the right material to fabricate the rail and wheel. Can i choose either 4140 induction hardening or 1035 flame treated to fabricate wheel and rail. The hardness of rail Rc55~60. The hardness of chamber wheel is Rc50~55.
Our production machine chamber wheel worn out quickly. Therefore, i am looking substituting material to fabricate rail and chamber.
Can anyone give any suggestion ? Thank You

Alex
