RE: tools spreadsheet <-> partslist
I don't understand so well,
what you want to mean, with tool spreadsheets,
See you.
RE: tools spreadsheet <-> partslist
Tools -> Spreadsheet...
...and when the spreadsheet opens go to...
Data -> From Text
...and select the text file you just created and using the spreadsheet's Import Data Wizard, set the loading options to 'Delimited' with 'Commas' as the delimiter, and you should be good to go.
Now if this was NOT what you wanted, you will need to be a bit more clear in your question as well as perhaps provide some example files.

RE: tools spreadsheet <-> partslist
I know these option on the partslist table, that works - ok.
I'm just looking to edit the partlist from the Nx spreadsheets. There are addons available ( NX6 - Office 2007)
from Nx Spreedsheets to extract and refresh attributes ( for what use? ) - My aim is/was it to access attribute from spread for bidrectional editing - as alternative to walk through the parts properties. No way to do it?
thx
