(OP)
Need welding procedure on how to weld Tantalum, never welded with this material, I am at a dead end and need help.
Tried everything, need to talk to someone that has welded with this material for some pointers.

RE: Need welding proceduer for welding TANTALUM (GTAW)

What will you be welding?  What process are you using?

Tantalum is usually welded via resistance welding or with a GTAW process in a vacuum chamber.  Helium or argon/helium mixes are common.  No filler is typically used.

If you do a search on welding tantalum or refractory metals in general, it'll get you in the ballpark.
