For electrical submersibl pump that will be installed inside deep water well ,  it ws specified to install
die electric section between the pump and the column pipe to prevent electrolysis . about 3m above the pump end we will installa check valve .

I don't know so much about the die elctric section , but I know why we need to install it.

Is it ok to install the DES after the check valve or it is better yo install it directly after the pump end ?

any information about the DES is highly appreciated ...

I would make the decision based on possible water hammer at the check valve. Will your dielectric section withstand water hammer as well as the metallic piping? Is the dielectric section resilient enough to mitigate water hammer somewhat?

The purpose of the dielectric is to prevent galvanic action between metalic pipes made of different materials, if they are placed in an electrolytic medium (water typically). In other words, you need the dielectric if and where you're switching from one type of metallic piping system to another.  The metal with the higher potential becomes the anode (which corrodes) and the lower becomes the cathode (which remains unchanged).  A common example is when you switch from copper to steel pipe--the copper corrodes the steel.

So, in my opinion, the check valve location is (somewhat) irrelevant to the dielectric question...you need to look at the materials of the pump body, then the connected pipe, that of the check valve itself, and the "column pipe" or whatever.  See where it makes sense to put the dielectric fitting in based on the materials you plan on using and what will be cheaper/easier.
