6mm x 13.75mm bearing in laser gantry.
6mm x 13.75mm bearing in laser gantry.
(OP)
I have some ULS M300 lasers. They use a wheel on the bearings that ride inside a 5.5mm grove. The dims are 6mm x 13.75mm. I'm building a linear slide table from miniature "T-slots" equivalent and want to find a source for these bearings. Trouble is I can't get through the noise with google. I don't know what they are called. Please help.

However, on the bottom right of this page:
http://medias.ina.de/medias//hp?lang=en
click on the link that says "Bearing Selection" This may not get you what you need, but it may be at least able to tell you what the product is that you're looking for.
Engineering is not the science behind building. It is the science behind not building.

It's not just a bearing, but an injection molded part. Best description is it's a plastic wheel that rides in a grove. The wheel fits over a bearing. I was able to find them online, but they are very expensive. Thanks but the links provided are just for the bearings.

The image below is the final goal.
Any help? Please post. Thanks, Jim

Your wheels, in the first picture, are different from the normal guide wheels as yours are convex and you normally are bearing guide wheels that are concave with two or three V-grooves.
I have 4 print brochures that have bearing guide wheels and none are convex.
I checked a couple of sites that carry bearing guide wheels and they don't have anything but the normal V configuration.

His first answer was to contact the maker of the guide rail. We had a little discussion and we both agreed that the only place we had seen this type wheel was on top end bypass panels running in a concave track.

Not sure what you mean by the concave/convex thing. It's a stupid round wheel over a stupid cheap ball bearing. LOL Sigh... I appreciate the replies.

If it is a round wheel with a bearing like a skate wheel with a flat rolling surface I think you will get more help.
