Raj Verma,
When you open a windows explorer, can you see the file extension?

RE: some of functions are not working in solidworks 2009

Sounds like a bad install:

Question: The error, "Could not find Standards database 'c:\Program files\Solidworks\data\database\swbrowser.mdb'" displays  when editing the Hole Wizard hole.  How is this fixed?

Answer: Find the file SWBROWSER.MDB on the computer; if it is not installed, then the installation is corrupt and SolidWorks needs to be installed correctly

In SolidWorks, set the path in Tools -> Options -> System Options -> Hole Wizard/ Toolbox -> Hole Wizard/ Toolbox folder to be the same with the path where the file SWBROWSER.MDB was found.
