can a interpartexpression be modified on load?

can a interpartexpression be modified on load?

can a interpartexpression be modified on load?

(OP)
I have a simple assembly - two levels - consequent bottom up.
An interpart expression is causing trouble "sometimes" on load . In design history we have revised the bottom part controlling the interpart expression in the assy. In most cases loading the assy the interpart expression is pointing to the new revision  but sometimes the expression is changing on load an pointing to the old revision. - Can an interpart expression change on load ? as I know they are frozen. ( Load option precise)  thx in ad
