Are the welding details in AWS D1.4 98  Figure 3.5 (D) a C.J.P weld to a plate prequalified?

From what I remember there was a section in AWS D1.4 that listed which welds were prequalified. I seem to remember that only fillet welds on bars up to a #6 bar was prequalified. There was also a requirement on the prequalificatioon that limited what material and bar grade could be used. I don't beleive CJP and Flare bevels were prequalified.
