1997 UBC Isolated Seismic Load Pattern

1997 UBC Isolated Seismic Load Pattern

(OP)
I am using the Sap2000 v12 software to analyze structures with seismic base isolation. When I select the 1997 UBC Isolated Seismic Load Pattern, and run the program, I receive the following message:
Unable to complete operation 'Run Analysis'!
        Error 6
        Overflow

I remove the isolator, and I put simple supports and run the model, but I still receive the same message.

But when I remove the 1997 UBC Isolated Seismic Load Pattern, and I put the 1997 UBC Seismic Load Pattern , and I put the  isolator
and run the program, the error is lifted.

I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

I dont usually use auto-lateral. I prefer manual. For this reason I may have trouble trying this problem.  When I tried to find the culprit in your model, I noticed that it is the definition for "UBC 97 isolated autolateral" that fails to work. It happens before anything is run. Seems SAP2000 can not put the load array to work.

I will look around further and post here.
