Conflict monitor testing

Conflict monitor testing

(OP)
I was wondering what others were doing with regard to conflict monitor testing.  Is this normally done on the bench with a special test instrument or is it acceptable to test in the field by jumpering conflicting greens together?  What is the normal test frequency?

RE: Conflict monitor testing

wouldn't recommend jumpering due to liability concerns as well as being vey difficult for intersections with complex phasing.

we test once a year using an athens technical specialties tester.  they recently introduced a window based version.  check out their website.

RE: Conflict monitor testing

May we have the website?
