Hi,

When I go to "Preferences > JT..." this message appears :
None of the action specified for this button is registred...
(see screenshot)

Have you got an idea?

Thanks.

RE: No acces to JT Preferences, Help ...

Check to make sure that you have a folder named 'PVTRANS' in your NX 6.0 folder (I just tested my configuration and if I remove that folder I get the same exact error that you did).

If it's not there it's possible that whoever installed NX 6.0 on your system may NOT have done a typical, but rather used the customized option and left this item out.  You may have to go back and do a reinstall or perhaps a repair might allow you to change your configuration so that it would be included.  If you do that, make sure that you reinstall any MR's and MP's that you have received to make sure that you're completely back up-to-date.

Hi,

Great thanks John...
I made a custom install... and I hadn't check the PVTRANS module (Product Vision Translators)...
Access to JT... is OK after having modified my install.

Best regards.
