Drawings not dragging thru Right !

Drawings not dragging thru Right !

Drawings not dragging thru Right !

(OP)
When I drag through some drawings from one drawing to another sometimes there are details that drag thru incorrectly.  Example a block within a drawing was reflected and not the right size and text was not the same as original.

Anyone else come across this ?

Any solutions to this problem?

RE: Drawings not dragging thru Right !

If you are dragging objects that exist in the target drawing, you will get copies of the objects in the target drawing, not new definitions of those objects.  If you are dragging text that uses a certain style and that style exists in the target drawing (perhaps using a different font) then your new text will take on the attributes of the text with that style in the target drawing.  If the UCS does not match then objects may look different.  Does this help at all?
