Hot Water System design in the UK

(OP)
Forgive me if this is the wrong forum, but it seems like the most appropriate place to start.

I work for a large utility that raises steam for electrity generation in the UK. I get enquiries from time regarding the installation of hot waters systems that run from our oil fired auxiliary boilers and serve the domestic side of the plant, typically in admin buildings and the like. Whilst I'm very familiar with codes and standards for boiler and process plant, this is an area where I don't know what is required by any codes.

Would it be possible to point me in the direction of some documentation/organisations recommendations about what I should be looking for in this context?

Thanks in anticipation.
