I am trying to pick the right value of Cnet (net pressure coefficients) from IBC2009 Table 1609.6.2(2).
Elements:           +internal pressure      -internal pressure:
Windward wall        0.43                        0.73
Leeward wall          -0.51                       -0.21
Sidewall                 -0.66                       -0.35
Flat roof                 -0.66                       -0.35

For roof members analysis, I pick -0.66
For other perimeter members (perimeter beam/column on floor level), I pick 0.73 because that one governs among the other five values.

Am I having the right choice? Please help

If the wind can come from any direction, a wall may be the windward on one day and side or leeward the next. If you are using siding to provide lateral stability to the girts, you need to check both directions for the different compression flange, stability, conditions.

I am not familiar with the IBC tables, but for net pressures, you have to add the external and internal pressures, not pick just one.  I am not sure about the sign convention used, and the pressures would depend on the location and extent of openings in the structure.

You need to wait for someone who uses this code to give you a good answer.

hokie, the coefficients that htennek01 gives are those from the code. They are the net pressures when there are openings in the windward wall (+interior pressure) and the leeward wall (-interior pressure).
