Question: Does anyone know how the Ratio of depth to diameter is traced? Is it from V/Vfull to A/A full or from Q/Qfull to A/Afull. This is from the graph located in Appendix 19c of Lindeberg.

Thanks

Kirkussent

RE: Lindeberg Appendix 19C

I am not certain I understand your question, but from the charts I remember there are three plots. The x-axis is typically, Q/Qfull, A/Afull, and/or n/nfull, while the y-axis is the ratio of depth of water in the pipe to diameter of the pipe, y/D.
