about piston seals see the drawing in the attached
 diaB=30mm.
the question is how to design the piston dia and the hole dia? Which standard?
and which standard the piston seals style can be founded in?

any reply is welcome!

RE: about a piston seals

I recommend that you speak with PArker and you can then get all the information on the seals and machine the piston to suit.

RE: about a piston seals

The seal manufacture should provide the groove information. If the manufacture is unknown make "C" the groove width close to the width of wear ring. The groove depth determines radial preload. Too much preload and the seal will run hot and wear out too fast. If there is not enough preload low pressure drift and hydroplaning can happen. I have used .012 to .020 per side preload without any problems.
