Delete Drawing Reference

Delete Drawing Reference

Delete Drawing Reference

(OP)
Hello all,
I have a drawing that is referencing 2 different assemblies.  I need to delete one of them and using the "file/open" shows both but does not allow me to delete anything.  I did the search in the forum but none of the answers seem to address deleting a reference.

Thanks

RE: Delete Drawing Reference

The only way to completely get rid of a reference is to open the drawing and delete the views referencing the assembly in question.  Is there a good reason why you don't want to open the drawing?  If the assembly is giving you errors, you can change the reference to a different part or assembly.

RE: Delete Drawing Reference

I wish there was an easy way to delete references.
Per takedownca, you need to check each sketch of each model to break the reference.
