Cosmetic threads

(OP)
Can someone help? I'm trying to show a cosmetic thread in a cross section. I've tried the on-line help but thats next to useless.
This is what I've tried so far:-
In drg properties, changing the 'remove_cosm_from_xsec' to allthe options i.e. none, all, yes, total, no...still no luck.
On the show/erase function, the cosmetic icon is always greyed out so I can't change that.
I've tried all the above combos with the view status set to hidden, not hidden, model...still no luck.

I'm now actually producing drawings and accepting that threads don't necessarily need to be on there!!!...that can't be good.

RE: Cosmetic threads

You have to turn off the "preview" option to be able to use the Show function for cosmetic features.  Don't know why, it's just always been that way.  Good luck finding that in the help.
