question to an attribute in the master model template drawings. Using the OOTB file new drawing templates an attribute named NX_NON_MASTER is used does anybody know what is controls how / why???
thx in ad

RE: NX_NON_MASTER attribute

I suspect that it's used by TeamCenter to indicate that the part file is in fact the Drawing and not the actual part model, thus the NX_NON_MASTER name of the attribute.

Of course, anyone writing their open NX Open programs that manipulated files could also key off that same attribute for their purposes as well.
