Klockner Moeller Easy819-DC-RC Analog Inputs

Klockner Moeller Easy819-DC-RC Analog Inputs

(OP)
I'm trying to program the analog inputs using Moeller Easy-Soft6 software on an Easy819 controller. I want to controll the distance that the cylinder can extend/retract, using it's internal linear scale(24VDC excitation/0-10VDC signal). I connect my return signal voltage to inputs 7,8,11 or 12 stated by manual for analog inputs. Using the Analog comparator/threshold value switch, how do I program the parameters to set my limits for the cylinder. The cylinder has a 4" stroke length and my first limit will be the Home position (0 volts). Second position is 1"=2.5volts from the Home and third position is 3"=7.5volts from Home. Has anybody used this software and programed the analog inputs before?

RE: Klockner Moeller Easy819-DC-RC Analog Inputs

Connect your signal voltage (0..10V) to input 7

10V ... 1024 (bits)

Coparator A1 (0V) parameters:
I1= IA 1
I2= NU 0

Coparator A2 (2.5V) parameters:
I1= IA 1
I2= NU 256

Coparator A3 (7.5V) parameters:
I1= IA 1
I2= NU 768
