OK I can model the required Mylar label into a part file but how do I get the graphics on there?? they can be anything from full size tif/ jpg /pdf files.

RE: importing a graphic into a solid file

Look up "Sketch Picture" in SW Help.
It explains how to do it, plus more.

Also check out Decals if you have PhotoWorks.

RE: importing a graphic into a solid file

If you don't Have Photoworks, but have a Cylindrical Surface you can use Insert > Features > Wrap
to make sure it follows the surface contour as a sticker would.

Photoworks can do so but it's just an image and can't create a Thickened cut or extrusion as the Wrap feature can. If you want to be able to suppress the Emboss/Deboss feature or not have one you can use the scribe option which will allow you to divide the applied surface so the logo can have color applied by face.

What does "Deboss" think of your work?
