hi all,

I'd like to know what is the most apropiate way to export a FEM model from ANSYS to import it in Nastran (Patran), without loosing too much model information like geometry or physical properties.

For any suggestion thx in advance,
Frluga

RE: Export from ANSYS to MSC Nastran

Ansys FEModeler (Workbench Module) is the tool you need for this.  The few times I've used it it performed very good and translated virtually all data.
