We're looking into hardware additions and upgrades, and have tried (mostly without success) to find real-world user comments for printers that work well with Mathcad 14.
Small office setting, but want decent quality. Have run into issues before with graphics inserted from Autocad printing extremely light, to the point that we couldn't photo-copy it for the calc submissions. (Same file prints fine from Acad, so it's something with Mathcad and the printer once the graphics are inserted - unless we're just missing settings) Worked fine with old printers, but when we upgraded in '06 everything went downhill. I figure it is the printer drivers, and want to avoid that again.
Anyone have any preferences for what works and doesn't?

RE: Recommended printers
For a small office this combined copier, scanner, duplex printer with two paper trays would be hard to beat. Mine is 5 years old and it went out for the first time earlier this year--Xerox had a service tech here with the replacement part the next day. Today's version is about 1/2 the price and includes Fax and you can get it with 11X17 capability. If I had any chance of selling this one I'd have a new one for the 11X17.
