Change comma to point

Change comma to point

(OP)
Hi, is it possible to change the comma for a point in dimensions field in assy or part. I find it to change it in the display of dimension but not for the keyboard field !!

help !

RE: Change comma to point

Unless I don't understand your post... Usually this kind of issue is related to the regional settings in windows. Once you set the decimal symbol to a point you will be able to use the point instead of the comma for dimensions.

All I want is use the dot (point) when I put decimal dimension in part or assy !

RE: Change comma to point

Are you using XP, Vista, Win7?

If it's XP then go to the control panel, regional settings, and you should be able to personnalize or customize the formats for the decimal symbol to a dot (.) instead of the default setting comma (,)

RE: Change comma to point

as Pat did already written: SE will take that from the 'regional
and language' options as set in Windows. So you have to swap
both settings there and SE will allow to use a point as decimal
separator.
