Missing graphics window

My colleague can't see the window that shows the simulation model. We have dual monitors and are pluged in to Autodesk Inventor. Any ideas?

RE: Missing graphics window

I am assuming you are using Workbench.  If so I have experienced this problem before.  The resolution was to use one of the menu options called "reset layout" or "reset views".  I can't remember the exact term off hand.  Anyway, it reset the layout of everything and I was able to see the model and tree again.

Hope this helps,

Steve

Thanks Steve,
we tried that but no use. It may be a network license issue.
