I am looking for samples or directions for an Inspection Test Procedure for AHU, ACCU, packaged unit and ex proof fan. Has anybody got any suggestions with web sites or samples?

RE: ITP for AHU, ACCU, EX proof fan and Packaged unit.

I think it might depend on what you are inspecting for, that is product acceptance, installation, or performance. If product acceptance, I would say look at the specifications. If installation, look at manufacturer's data, similar to routine inspection and maintenance. I would recommend NEBB or other TAB standards for inspecting operation of equipment as installed. If looking for inspection standards for performance, risk or energy, I would recommend looking at the ASHRAE guidelines for data centers. Lawrence Livermore has some good infor specific to data centers.

If looking for specific functional testing standards or guides, you may want to look at commissioning sites. Portland Energy (PECI) has a good one for check lists, pre-functional tests, and functional tests.
