as dgallagher suggested the HSI1200...

a 16 x 16 array interpolated to 192 x 192 pixels and no video out for only 1300€ seems not to be a deal for me. As I mentioned I dont need to measure temperatures. The best pricing I have seen so far was the PathfindIR from FLIR for 1662€ with 324 x 256 real pixels and 8Hz Video out...

As the post is over a year old, and now understanding you were looking for an oem integration, I would not recommend the HSI camera. It is comparing apples to oranges. The pathfinder is designed to be integrated for autos and trucks, primarilly for night vision, not for use as a stand alone portable imager. For a portable camera, which I thought was desired, there are many cost effective alternatives.
