Filter slope with 3db/octave

Filter slope with 3db/octave

(OP)
Hello,

I am trying to design a filter with a 3 db/octave (or 10 db/decade) slope but I only obtain a 6 db/octave filter.

It may be a filter design problem, more than a LabView one but I do not know how to design a filter with such slope.

I have read about using a FFT to change the spectrum in order to have the desired frequence response but I don't get it how to change the spectrum.

Anyway I tried to use the Filter Design Toolkit, is it possible with it ?

Thank you in advance
