(OP)
I'm thinking of ways to clear a blocked well.  The well should be 107 feet, and there was 90 feet of pipe pulled 20 days ago, but the sounder is only showing 63 feet.  This has been verified by the hole camera.  On camera you can see the pin hit the block and it seems to be very solid.

How would you clear a blocked well pipe?

-use a smaller pipe (with teeth cut into the end) inside the well pipe to try and grind the blockage

-use high pressusre water to try and dislodge some stuff-shoot it with a gun

-chemical

-sonic vibration
