Seminar on Sheet Piling Design

(OP)
Hi...does anyone know of any seminars on sheet piling design? Thanks!

RE: Seminar on Sheet Piling Design

please keep you posts to one forum

Arguing with an engineer is like wrestling with a pig in mud. After a while you realize that them like it

Excuse me for not correctly following standard protocol.  Didn't realize that I was applying to a forum ruled by a regime.  In case you didn't realize, that sheet design is part geotechnical and structural.

ASCE offers one a couple times a year, check there website.
There is also a corse I saw on LongIsland in Nov or Dec. I will try to find that flyer.

RE: Seminar on Sheet Piling Design

You may also want to check DFI (www.dfi.org) or FHWA National Highway Institute (nhi.fhwa.gov) for upcoming courses or conferences.

Try the North American Steel Sheet Pile Association.  They just had a sheet piling symposium in Kansas City, MO at the DFI 34th annual conference.

RE: Seminar on Sheet Piling Design

I am not sure LB Foster and Hartman are doing those anymore since Gerdau Ameristeel has become involved with the sheet piling division.

Another resource to consider is Skyline Steel
